I set up mine back in 2008 when I received my first iPod the iPod Shuffle. I did it under iTunes for Windows with JAWS as the screen reader. It was fiddly but doable.

Hello Folks,
What is the easiest and most accessible site to get an apple ID? It seems
to me that this feature is not accessible on the apple website. Not only
that it has a captcha, but also the check box for accepting the terms and
conditions is invisible to screen readers. Any idea on how to go around
this problem and creating an apple ID without sighted help?
I appreciate your suggestions.
Regards,
Cris
