Hi all. I'm having an issue with my i phone 5S that has started happening recently. If my phone is not on mute, it will ring and vibrate just fine. If it's muted, the phone will not vibrate. It will only vibrate one time and then the caller ID comes up where you have to accept or decline. It will not continue bvibrating to let me know the phone is receiving a call. I went in to the settings and both the sounds vibrate on silent is on as well as the other setting that has to do with vibrating. I've been dealing with the apple accessibility and had to restore my phone which didn't fix the issue. I also lost the Alex voice and have to redownload. I'm not a happy camper and am considering going to the TMobile store and getting a diffferent 5S or something. Anyone else seen this behavior and is it a bug? Any ideas on how to fix it? I can't have a phone that doesn't vibrate on silent. It will vibrate for the alerts that come across.
