I am definitely having issues with dictation. I can start dictation, dictate and then end dictation. Then it is followed by all kinds of unintelligible voiceover stuttering and a sound simillar to the sound when my iPhone switches from portrait to landscape and vice versa over and over again for several seconds. This usually lasts around ten seconds and then finally I hear voiceover speak my dictation and then everything seems normal after that and my dictation is indeed in the text field. It's very weird.
