For what it's worth, I've gotten some good information from Sieghard, and seen him provide tons of help to users newer to iOS than I. Saying that nearly everything he sends is worthy only of being deleted is not only against the rules of this list, it's simply inaccurate. Maybe you already know most of what he says, but that's very different from saying that it is all worthless.
As to Fleksy, this warning is indeed disconcerting. Even if you take everything Fleksy says at face value, what if they were ever hacked? What if a mistake in their code allowed users to be linked to the supposedly anonymous data? Unlikely? Of course, but definitely possible, given all the high-profile hacks lately. > On Oct 26, 2014, at 5:20 PM, Chuck Dean <chuckd...@icloud.com> wrote: > > Sieghard , > This is the reason I almost always delete your messages without reading them. > You are full of misguided opinions and misinformation. > The running joke in my household is when voice over announces "Sieghard " > everyone here says 'Delete". > > This is from the developers of Fleksy: > > What about the Apple third-party keyboard warning message when allowing Full > Access? > > > When you allow full access, you will encounter a warning message stating > "full access allows the developer to transmit anything you type, including > things you have previously typed with this keyboard.
