Well, again, I'm not sure what you're referring to. All I know is that I use the free version of Feeddler and I use the InoReader RSS service, and there is no cost. Maybe it's changed since I've signed up with InoReader, and I'm somehow grandfathered in, but I haven't heard that InoReader is now a paid service.

According to https://www.inoreader.com/ you can still sigh up for a free account with InoReader.

According to the Feeddler site in the App Store at https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/feeddler-rss-reader-for-ipad/id364873582?mt=8 RSS services like AOL Reader, Feedly, The Old Reader and InoReader are free. Other services such as Bazqux and FeedHQ are paid services with free trials.

The app looks like it charges for the RSS service like you would on many of

then use it on whatever you like, paid services notwithstanding. FeedBlitz
used to be my favourite, ditto space.com for all that science and astronomy
stuff.

Thanks, RobH.

I'm not sure I follow the attached message. There's a free version and a
paid version of Feeddler. InoReader is free as far as I know. I think
the Old Reader is also free, but the number of feeds you can follow may
be limited until you pay a small fee.

Back in the day, when Google Reader was till around, you could subscribe
to whole groups of RSS feeds at once, such as news, sports, life
hacking, Linux/Ubuntu and so on. I got started with RSS feeds by
subscribing to a handful of these collections. Over the years, I've
dropped feeds I wasn't interested in and rearranged the feeds I still
follow. I'm not sure if any of the other RSS feed services do anything
similar or not.

I had that, it seems to be a paid service; I wanted, indeed, had a good

follow,... free ones.

I use Feeddler with InoReader, and I think it'll do everything you're
looking for. Not sure about the notifications, but I think this feature
was just added to Feeddler.

Hello list,
I think I have asked before about all this, but some of my e-mails have
been lost, so I'll try again.
I have iphone and Ipad and I am looking for RSS reader with the following
Functions:
1. The function to delete read or seen feeds. I mean I want to be able to
delete my feeds after reading them so it won't fill up my phone.
The ideal situation would be not to have RSS feeds stored on my devices,
but in case it is not possible, the deleting function would be fantastic.
2. The function to kind of synchronize my either read ur unread RSS
feeds.
To explain it better, Let's say, for example, I will have the same RSS
app
installed on the Iphone and on the Ipad. When I open RSS app and read an
article on the Iphone and delete it, then I open RSS app on the Ipad all
the same article I have read on the phone would be deleted and won't
appear as a new feed.
Something very similar as ifyou're using e-mails and imap on a few
devices
and when you delete an e-mail on one device, it would synchronize on
every
single device.
3. And the last function is to be notified of new feeds.
I am not sure if something like that is possible on I-devices. But wen I
was using RSS reader or better to say RSS plugin with Miranda software
for
computer, I was notified of new RSS feed.
I have Lire and Newsify installed. Does either of these have the
functions
mentioned above? If so, could anyone, please, give me step-by-step
instructions how to set it up?
Thank you for your help in advance.
With kind regards
Maria
