No way to change that, SIRI doesn’t ask me every time, but it does quite often and I also find it a bit bothersome especially since it does get cut off sometimes and it won’t finish and then ask to confirm in which case I have to pull out my iPhone and double tap on the Call button which is on the screen. Sometimes when it doesn’t ask automatically you can also push the home button again or use the remote on the headset and just say “Yes” and it will then place the call.
