Are you not getting alerts when the phone is locked or not at all even when the phone is unlocked when the message comes in?

The switch should be pulled towards the touch screen fopr it to be unmuted. Anyways, if you unlock your phone first and then move it will tell you whether it’s “Muted” or “Unmuted” and when you push it back into the mute position your phone will vibrate briefly. Under settings, under sounds, the volume is at 100%. I have cranked the volume up on my phone as loud as it can go, and yet, I am still not hearing it give me alerts when messages are coming through.
