I don't have a good answer for you, and it's been a while since I've
gotten past this screen. I just selected a team at random by double
tapping anywhere on the screen and hitting the next button.
Coincidentally enough, I did select my favorite team. My plan was to get
sighted assistance later to select the right team. BTW, I did report to
the NFL that this screen is not accessible, but it would help if others
reported this as well.

You need to get into the Game Center for the game you want to listen to.
Once you're in the Game Center look for the Listen button if it's a live
game or the Replay button if it's already been played.
I usually use the All Scores button on the first screen if the game I
want to listen to isn't already listed. You can also double tab on the
Schedules and Scores heading, which you need to get to by exploration,
since it doesn't get spoken if you just swipe left and right. Once
you're in the list of games, you just need to double tap on the game you
want to listen to or change the week if you want to find a game for a
previous week.
