Hi Eden,

If you want to manage apps on your phone with iTunes you simply hook up your
device and then go to your device, tab to the list view and the second item
after Summary is Apps.
Use F6 or multiple presses of the tab key to get to where Jaws says "Apps table
Treeview".
Now you can arrow down through all your apps in iTunes and check or uncheck
them. Those you check get synced to your phone and those that are not checked
don't. If they were checked and you clear the checkmark they will get removed.
When you are done tab to "Apply" or go to "File", "Devices" and select "Sync".

If I want to remove multiple apps or put multiple apps back on my phone I find
this much more efficient than deleting them from my phone one by one.

As for getting "crap" off your phone, I suggest you use a damp cloth and to
make sure to wash your hands after using the facilities *smile*.

OK, joking aside, you really should be more specific as to what exactly you
want to accomplish.

Regards,
Sieghard
