You can turn on the reminder sync feature in settings. >From what I understand, this not only syncs your current reminders, but also >syncs any future reminders you create. So you can still use Siri to create a reminder, and it will automatically sync to the Things app. Any reminder that syncs over goes into the Inbox folder for you to sort and move where you want.
