I also dislike the changes the Goodreads team has made to the currently reading shelf and in fact, I now only use the site to rate books that I have already finished reading. The currently reading option seems designed for maximum visual impact which is no longer of value to me. I also wrote to them about this change and I would urge anyone who uses the sort and has difficulties with any of its options to email them. They do respond to emails and forward concerns, but I too dislike this recent change. Michellr
