I don’t need this app immediately. It still has some bugs that have not yet been quashed. I have decided to wait to learn if another company will be introducing another similar app at CSUN in March. If someone else could deliver the quality and usability of the KNFB Reader along with the ability to port business cards into contacts, scan bar codes and display full product information as well as scan and read out the entire text of a QR code, the other company would have an ideal package of services to deliver on the app. The limitation of the KNFB Reader is that it doesn’t do other scanning chores and it has trouble saving to a cloud based storage system in a widely used document format.
