I believe they are on duty 7 days a week. At least, one advisor I spoke with had a ten hour shift from Friday to Monday. The issue is that you set yourself as the family organizer before you clicked on the link in the invitation. One of the limits of Family Sharing is that you can only be a part of one family and there can only be one organizer. But, I think it should be pretty easy for Apple Accessibility to reset your settings so you are not an organizer. I just don’t know exactly what that takes, but when you are talking with them, they can look up your account and hopefully sort that out. Your Apple ID, not Dulce's on your device. Whomever is the organizer, also has to have a credit card on file. Since you want Dulce to be the organizer, you don't have to worry about that.
