Hi Deidre, Bookshare recently changed its site and the sign in process is much more involved than it used to be. I seem to get not one, but two pop up boxes every time I try to sign in. This is true whether I sign in on my pc or my ipad. I will suggest emailing or calling technical support at Bookshare for several reasons. First, they offer prompt assistance and second, to make them aware that one more person is having issues signing in. It is a wonderful resource, but it is more difficult to access than it used to be.
