Via iTunes would be the short answer. It would help if you gave a bit more information especially how the music on your iPhone ended up on your iPhone since really the only way to get it there if it’s not jailbroken would have been with iTunes or if you bought the music on your phone from iTunes and it downloaded to your phone. If that is the case and you sign in to iTunes with the same Apple Id then that music would be available to be downloaded to your iPod Touch as well.
