No, you can’t transfer directly. You would have to use a program like Copy Trans which is not free and has accessibility challenges as well. It would be easiest if somebody could give you the music that is on the iPod on a USB stick since it’s probably on somebody’s computer and was transferred to the iPod using iTunes. You could then add the music to your own iTunes library and sync it to your phone.
