I downloaded virt-manager 0.9.1-95.1 from the repo you specified and the 
problem is still there.  There is not a special guest mouse driver I am 
supposed to have install on Windows XP, is there?

I recall a bug report about mouse issues, which was fixed I believe.
Can you try the virt-manager package from this repo
