I presume you mean the following uniprot RDF data:

    http://dev.isb-sib.ch/projects/uniprot-rdf/

The following page on the Virtuoso Web site details various methods of
uploading RDF Data:

The following URL  provide additional methods also:

Assuming this Data is in RDFXML format you might be able to the the
DB.DBA.RDF_LOAD_RDFXML_MT() function detailed in the function above to load
the data.
