There are triples for this resource (and the ones after it). However, this could be due to a previous (also failed) attempt to load Geonames. In fact, we seem to have all geo resources in the endpoint, but clearly not all information about them, which is contained in the dump. Is there an easy way to query the number of triples in a graph (http://geonames.org) or the whole triple store?
