I just redownloaded it from
http://virtuoso.openlinksw.com/dataspace/dav/wiki/Main/VirtJenaProvider#Required%20Files
and that too is 3.19... Where are the new ones?
Thanks for bringing it to our attention. I've updated the relevant pages in
the VOS website to tidy up the download locations, and updated the jar
files present there too.
