yes this is more like what's in the examples but now i get: Error 22023 SR014: Function rfc1808_parse_uri needs a string or wide or a UNAME as argument 1, not an arg of type DB_NULL (204) could this be b/c of my kludgy redirects from apache to virtuoso? curling http://dbtune.org/cmn/resource/WAGN or http://dbtune.org/cmn/data/WAGN does give the appropriate response as far as i can tell cheers! -kurt j
