Hi Hugh,

Thanks. When it occurred it wasn't an intermittent issue, every time I tried to 
load up the /conductor URL (before I decided to give up trying to debug and 
restarted) it gave me the same error with nothing more specific in the logs 
even in trace_on() mode. I did get the output of status at one stage when the 
bug was occuring but when I went back up the console to try and find it again I 
think it had disappeared and I had restarted at that point so I couldn't 
reproduce it.

I looked in at the code around where the message is thrown from and it seems 
quite complex but I am also not used to reading C code so it might be quite a 
routine piece of code. Interestingly, there isn't a wiki page devoted to this 
error message as with some other error messages. [1] would be where it would 
reside given the codes being used.
