Hi Jason, If RDF_GLOBAL_RESET(0 is run then it will clear all RDF rules and storage content, thus the FCT would need to be reinstalled.
I got the same error trying to load a saved faceted view and resolved it by
granting execute privileges on the function to the the SPARQL user ie
grant execute on "fct_load" to "SPARQL";
