Hi there,
I have also been testing the hfc-4s driver (visdn patch 662) with asterisk 1.2.9.1 as follows:-

Telecom (NT)  <-----> HFC-4S (TE) <--------> Asterisk

The problem I have is this. When the driver is first loaded with the ISDN line connected to the TE port, the data link is activated, and incoming and outgoing calls are OK. Then I disconnected the line, wait for 10-15 seconds and then reconnected the line into the same port. I saw the LAPD message PH-ACTIVATE-INDICATION indicating the physical layer is up. As soon as I make an incoming call (NT -> TE), the link is immediately deactivated and the call fails:-

F7_ACTIVATED  => F6_SYNCHRONIZED => F3_DEACTIVATED

Next when I make an outgoing call, the link has trouble reactivating. If I stop asterisk and reload the driver, the link comes up and I can make calls again!

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Cheers,
Stephen Yong
