Urgh... it took most of today to figure out where this bug was hiding... 
because it happened mainly with the first message and only with certain 
messages.

The fix is in vgsm-devel revision 808, you will find it in tomorrow's snapshot 
and in the next beta.

This is the network responding that you are not allowed to place such type of 
call. Can you put the SIM card in a mobile phone and try again calling the 
same number?

The message speaks by itself, you were trying to place a non-voice call. Do 
you have any idea why?

Is the SIM some special one for data-only calls or anything like that?
