Thank you for your interest in VisualSVN!

VisualSVN license key is stored in registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\VisualSVN\VisualSVN\License or the same
key in HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Could you please fill the registry
explicitly and tell us if the problem is fixed?

BTW, Do you have Visual Studio Service Pack installed? We recommend to
install it if you haven't yet:

 - Visual Studio 2003 Service Pack 1
