Yoann,

Please try the following steps (step by step):

 - uninstall VisualSVN,
 - delete folder "ะก:\Program Files\VisualSVN\",
 - run Visual Studio and exit,
 - install VisualSVN.

Please don't hesitate to ask help if the above does not work.
