Thank you for your interest in VisualSVN Server!

This transfer rate is shown incorrectly, because Subversion spends a
lot of time for many short http requests.

You could improve the  transfer rate by turning off the https (by
using VisualSVN Server Manager), but we couldn't recommend you that
unless you use local network (because of the security reasons).
