Make sure that the password is not set to require a change at next
logon. (On the Account tab in AD Users & Groups, the checkbox is
labelled "User must change password at next logon). If it is, the user
needs to first logon to a desktop machine, a Terminal Server or a
Citrix session first, so that they are prompted to set a new password.
Then they will be able to logon to VisualSVN Server.
