Hi Carey! Thanks for answer. But this is not the problem. When the user password expired the user was warned by Windows XP, changed the password and did the logon again. The user has already turned off the computer several times and repeated the logon process. I'm sure that the "User must change password at next logon" is not checked in AD and the password is not locked.
I was looking for the server.log file to help find the real issue, but could not find it. Anyone have another suggestion to help me?
