Unfortunately, we can't reproduce your problem.

Could you please send us additional information:
*what version of the VisualSVN do you use?
*what version of the TortoiseSVN do you use?

Please specify if  " X:\subversion-repos" is a repository and ".NET"
is a folder in this repository or  "X:\subversion-repos" is a folder
on the disk and  " .NET" is a repository?

Please also send us the screen shots:

* the "Existing Repository" page of the wizard,
* the opened TortoiseSVN browser from the wizard with an error,
* the opened TortoiseSVN browser from the  explorer  without an error.
