According to log entries, AnkhSVN is not even able to reach the
VisualSVN Server instance, i.e. it's blocked somehow. We've recently
observed that some antivirus applications may block 3rd party
Subversion clients while command-line client works properly. So it
could be your case since there are no error events on the VisualSVN
Server instance log. Generally speaking we need to know more details
on your server and network configuration to investigate the behavior
you've encountered.

* What steps except VisualSVN Server uninstall - and re-install you've
performed?

* What antivirus software do you have installed? Are you able to check
your antivirus settings, temporarily disable antivirus and see if it
helps?

* Did you check your firewall settings? Try to disable your firewall
temporarily and see if it helps.

* Additionally we suggest you to clear authentication cache in Visual
Studio | Tools | Options | Source Control | Subversion Environment,
click to Edit Authentication Cache and clear stored credentials.

We will await your reply.
