It’s close, but it’s not at all ideal.

First of all, it’s iOS/Android only.  No Windows, no mac.
You need one device (iOS/Android) connected to the room audio.  We might be 
able to find a cheap wifi only android device with audio that would serve the 
purpose.
You need accounts for every person in their system, and you know how we love 
that kind of thing.

It seems to be a bit clunky to deal with all of our “events”.

But mostly, the way the presenter controls access doesn’t match what we want.

I’m not sure how well it would work for a remote questioner.  It’s not clear 
how it decides who can get into the event.

But, it’s the basic idea of what we want.  It may be possible to work with them 
to get it to work for us.
