(not having access to a VMS box, and being a bit in a hurry since I'll
be leaving soon for OSCON, it would be useful if you check that I've not

I just checked the files for the edits, I have not run a newer build.
vms/vms.c - ok.
vms/vmsish.h - ok
perl.h - ok
embed.fnc - ok
util.c - ok
mg.c - ok
vms/descrip_mms.template - patch not yet applied. With out this patch,
the debug build produces large listings that do not really have any
usable content.
