Does VNC 4.0 Beta 3 use RFB protocol version 3.3, as did VNC 3.3.x?
In the past, the VNC version number has appeared to be tied to the
corresponding RFB protocol version number. Not saying that this is
either necessary or desired. I just need to know what it is. I recall
seeing a preliminary RFB 4.0 protocol floating around on the Internet
written by Andrew van der Stock, but I cannot find it now (I do have a
copy at home). If there is now an official RFB 4.0 protocol, please
point me to the documentation for it.
