What have you done to have the failed connection?  And how did it fail?

        Let me guess: you have typed http://xx.xx.xx.xx:5800/ and this failed, right?  
That's because you forgot to open port 5800 as well in your router?

        On the other hand, make sure your port 5900 and 5800 are pointing to the SAME 
internal PC, or else don't expect it to work, logically :)
