        I've just googled a bit (keywords: netgear rp 614 port forward problem) and 
indeed, the Netgear RP 614 seems to have problems in port forwarding, discussed in 
forums ......

        And upgrading the firmware doesn't seem to solve the problem either ......

        Ask for a refund from Netgear then :-)
