I had something similar to this in the following scenario: 1. Uninstalled VNC 3.3.7 on NT 4 TS system 2. Installed VNC 4.0 and imported legacy settings 3. Checked service was running 4. Tried to connect with VNC 4.0 viewer
Something flashes on screen but it wouldn't connect.
