Ken, I assuming you're using VNC Free Edition, in which case the problem is that you're using the new VNC Enterprise Edition module configuration syntax, rather than the old Free Edition module syntax. Please refer to http://www.realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/x0.html for details of the correct syntax for the VNC Free Edition module.
