Background
=======
My employer uses RealVNC to administer client networks all over town. I have it
installed on my work machine. I use it daily to monitor Windows servers for
several of our business clients.

I recently installed the free trial version of RealVNC on my home PC and it is
running a VNC Server instance. I would like to be able to connect to my home PC
while at work in order to utilize various resources on the home computer. As
you see from my email address, I use roadrunner. This is my hi-speed ISP for my
house.

Question
======
When I run www.whatismyip.com from any pc at home, I get the same exact IP,
which is the IP assigned to my hub (the ip is provided by roadrunner). I can
ping this ip from my work machine and get a valid response. I am assuming that
this is the ip I would use with my VNC viewer at work. But the VNC connection
always fails, because this is simply the ip to my hub. How do I "drilldown"
further in order to connect to my VNC Server at home?
