Ah, OK, that's a different message from the one you mentioned below.  "Host
has closed session" is not something that standard VNC viewers will report,
but it sounds like the viewer on your phone is connecting but then the
connection is being dropped.

I'd recommend the following:

1.  Check that you can connect to that PC, via the Internet, from a PC
somewhere else.  If that doesn't work then it's most likely a server-side
issue.

2.  Once (1) is working, re-try connecting from the phone, and check the
Windows Event Log of the server computer for Connected messages corresponding
to the connection attempt.  If you see Connected messages from an IP address
of the form 10.x.y.z (i.e. non Internet-routable) then that would suggest an
issue with the Internet access your mobile provider is providing.
