But if the user is not at the PC, you cann't control it either as it will
time out on the request to let you in and refuse access.  Not sure if you
want that side effect either, but want to point it out.

thanks for responding. i didn't notice that the icon in the system tray
changes color. this could satisfy management's privacy issue. does the press
'accept' also apply when a connection is made via the web server? being able
to use a browser to remotely control a pc is a great feature.

The icon in the system tray changes color when someone is conneted.  You can
also set the registry so that the user has to press "accept" in a dialog
prompt
for the remote user to be able to connect.
