You can use Registry entries to prevent them closing VNC - search for
"AllowProperties". For this to be totally effective, you should be running
Windows NT so that you can disallow access to the Task Manager as well.
TridiaVNC also supports hiding the icon, but I strongly believe this
feature should only be used in special circumstances.
