I'm new to vnc and have been looking through past e-mail but haven't seen
the solution to this problem. Or after days of reading I just missed it. So
I apologize in advance if it's already been solved.
I have a problem with using the vnc viewer over a ras connection. When ever
I logon to our lan and try using the vnc viewer from home it cannot connect
to any workstations on the remote lan. However when I use IE I am able to
connect. I'm concerned about how secure the connection through IE is.
Anyone have any suggestions why I cannot connect through the viewer or how
secure IE connection is?
Is there anyway that administrator can be notified if vnc connection is made
to server? Does vnc have any logging or monitoring tools?
