Come on, the actions and concepts described are very simple and should be
understandable by most Mac users without needing hand-holding. The
installation procedure is common to almost all Mac applications which
aren't large enough to warrant an installer. It even opens the Settings
dialogue box on first launch, to make sure the user gets a prompt to set
their password. I bet most "reasonably experienced" Mac users could
competently set up ChromiVNC without needing to read the instructions -
that is, after all, the goal of a good UI.
Of course, if you want to make WinVNC's UI more competent, go right ahead.
At least with ChromiVNC you don't have to edit the Registry just to
activate half the features.
