Wolfgang,
do you press the keys CTRL+ALT+DEL or do you use the VNC functionnality? it may be
better to disable the screensaver on your Win2k PC, that may create conflict sometimes
with vnc
If several mouse cursors are displayed on your screen, it may be a refreshing problem,
check this point and also the network data transfer rate.
Cheers,

Subject: WinVNC-Problem??
Classification:
Scenario:
I a running WinVNC 3.3.3 R2 on a Windows 2000 machine. The machine is set in
standby mode, configured for Wakeup on LAN. When i'm running the VNC viewer
to connect to the PC from home, the connection can be established.
But when sending ctrl-alt-del to get the logon screen, nothing happens. When
moving the mouse, several mouse cursors are displayed on the screen.
Question:
What is happening here? Why can i not get control and work with the PC? Any
answers are welcome.
Regards
Wolfgang Gruber
