Thank you for your email.  Even bad news tells me someone is trying it... :)

I did a cross-check and added the "AllowLoopback" value to my local key
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3)

and it shows up OK here - what are you seeing happen?
