FIXED TERM - Total Remuneration:

Level 7: $51,845 - $57,743 per year or Level 8: $57,743 - $67,270 per
year.

(Salary Level 7: $43,810 - $48,794 per year or Level 8: $48,794 -
$56,845 per year plus up to 17% employer superannuation plus leave
loading.)

Level of appointment and commencement salary are dependent on
qualifications and experience.

The New South Wales Centre for Parallel Computing and Sydney Vislab
have initiated a project to install a Virtual Reality Visualisation
Facility at the Parallel Visualisation Laboratory (PVL).  A Barco
Baron immersive visualisation system has been purchased, and will be
driven from a 4 processor Silicon Graphics Onyx system. A one year
project position has been created to implement the system and to work
with the research community in order to encourage takeup of the
facility.
