Multicast version of VNET.

Hello;

I would like to take the vnet ideas, and make a simple 
multicast port.

DIS/HLA/RTI is complex; I'd like to simply replace the
vnet client/server model with a multicast one.

Has anyone worked on this yet?

Comments, etc, more than welcome.
