As the primary maintainer of FreeWRL, I can say that it was
working a year or so ago.
I just got back from a conference, and saw your emails. One
of my tasks is to get some of the funnies out of my EAI implementation,
and to make it work better with netscape.
Do you have the Java appletviewer installed? It is easier to get
vnet running without using netscape, imho.
